Manarola is the second town of Cinque Terre leaving from La Spezia, right after Riomaggiore and before of Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso.

Fantastic Views, Amazing Sunsets, a Wine simply to try…

The Sunsets of Manarola

An ancient village, like the entire Cinque Terre area,

sinks its history and tradition in the production and sale of wine.

It is considered one of the most characteristic of the Cinque Terre especially for its famous view which can be enjoyed from the marina - and whose image is found almost everywhere.

Every year many people, following the promenade that passes under the coast in front of the town, admire what is certainly an amazing sight. And it is precisely from the marina or from the ancient Piazza Castello di Manarola - the upper part of the town, where the population took refuge in the event of an attack by Saracen pirates - that you can enjoy some of the most evocative and spectacular sunsets.

Via dell'Amore Cinque Terre

Two of the most popular Trekking paths start from Manarola, born as paths - still used in this sense by the local population - to go to work in the vineyards: the staircase that reaches the top of Punta Corniolo, crossing it to descend towards Riomaggiore, and the climb Delle Croci, which continues up to the village of Volastra - the destination of a sanctuary dedicated to Mary and dated X century - and then to Corniglia.

The famous Via dell'Amore also starts from Manarola, connecting the town to Riomaggiore with a walk where you can enjoy all the charm and wonder of the coast and the Ligurian Sea.

Wonderful sea in which you can obviously swim, coming down from various access points easily reachable from the marina, and in which every snorkelling lover can absolutely admire a colorful coastal seabed.

Access to a simply amazing apartment, with one of the best views of Manarola, Cinque Terre!
